Now that summer is in full swing, it’s time to relax and recharge your batteries. In this challenge your goal is to get outdoors, reduce stress, commune with nature and learn how to work on your Mind Score!
You can track your Meditation, Tai Chi, Stretching, Yoga, Pilates, Gardening, Hiking activities with the mobile application (iPhone, Android) or with a tracking device/app that is connectable to the platform. You can also enter your activity manually on once you have completed it.
The winner of this challenge will be the participant who spends at least 30 minutes for one of the listed activities on most days.
